Bensely Zachariah is the Global Head of Human Resources at Fulcrum Digital Inc - a leading business platform and digital engineering services company.

Organizations must focus on the mental health of their employees as it is directly linked to employees absenteeism, the productivity of work, and turnover rates. Some of the ways to drive positive mental health are work culture, health assessment programs, building wellness programs into L&D Dept, and promoting employee engagements through learning initiatives.

Impact of employee engagement on productivity and quality:

It is important to clearly communicate an employee’s role in an organization, and how he/she can help in achieving it. This can help them accomplish their own personal goals along with organizational goals.

HR's role in Business Continuity Planning (BCP):

BCP should not be devised only during some pandemic. Rather it should be planned in advance for 'new normal' so as to help in the smooth functioning of an organization.

AI in performance management:

Bensely suggests organizations use AI for the development, growth, and productivity of employees but never in favour of monitoring employees. He strongly believes that the benefits of technology only depend on the intent of using it.
